No resources. *Expect to work a minimum of 60 hours a week. This includes checking emails on weekends, evenings and staying late. Often working while on vacation and days off. *Very low morale. Honestly, the list goes on. The turn-over rate is unbelievable. I actually think they get a rise over firing; it's done swiftly and regularly without a second thought and at a moments notice.
