The owner cares about his employees and makes sure we are all taken care of. I have seen countless times he has treated us with mutual respect and been very good to us monetarily. The staff here are awesome. Great personalities and fun place to work. All the workers are super knowledgeable in our industry and the environment most often very light. I recently had the privilege of working at CSP in Hamilton Ontario, and enjoyed learning about the business. Great atmosphere, everyone there is very friendly, caring and welcoming and there is a great team environment, almost like a second family. We had sales training and meetings every day, we would all help each other out on whatever it was we needed to work on to be able to aspire daily and most importantly help out communities with great systems to protect homes and families. There is defiantly potential to make a lot of money and move up in the company. They offer great promotions every month and lots of company paid lunches. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a job that is outgoing, positive, enthusiastic and can work as a team as well as individually to apply

Nothing about the company but personally for me the hours as i have 2 small kids and i found i didn't have as much time as i would have liked to spend with them.
