Where do I start? Business Development tools are connected in a wacky way where you have to do so many steps to finally get a campaign going. Management didn't know how to manage people and didn't provide any help or mentoring like I was promised when I first started the job. I was also provided with very little feedback when I asked for help on business development campaigns. Marketing provides very little leads, so you're on your own to find some business.
