Management is not chosen by assessments, so there's people without higher education in Director positions, getting lowest scores in employee satisfaction surveys and still remain.

I had a very positive internship experience, Canon really values their interns and lets them do all sorts of special projects. All employees are super kind and I would love to return there full time if there is an opportunity available.
