* Car - if you do not have money to buy one, is really good * Location - great view of the douro river * Gas card - do not pay fees * Work on international projects * Language training (english, french or german) for free

Minpunten

* Car - shameful insurance * Gas card - do not accumulate monthly, if you can not use you lose money * Gas card- only allows you to change the plan in January * Just mouth-to-mouth recognition * Salary - prefer to pay more for a new person than to value who is already in the company (approved and accepted by the Portugal CEO, is part of the company's policy) * There are two ways to ask for a raise. First, asking but never has money for such. Second, asking to leave, but the employee does not want any more (is part of the company's policy, shame...) * Never accept the first salary proposal, they always offer too low * Low quality of working tools - Laptop/Notebook and difficulty to get an extra monitor/screen
