1. Good projects have become very less in number. 2. Not a good paymaster any more.( You even can't avail your total CTC Variable components are too high.) 3. Onsite opportunities are less compared to it's peers. 4. If you go under a wrong supervisor , u may be literally screwed up ;-). HR is just a placeholder in the company.No role. 5.
