I am in the company which capgemini acquire before 2020, no hybrid mode is there, nothing to eat not having a proper sitting area even washrooms are so dirty feels like public toilet. They don’t respect their employees, if you fell sick they don’t care about that. Being here is one of the biggest pros actually, manager wants to treat them like a school teacher.
