Pluspunten
Capgemini take a lot of care to select people of a certain type; the result is an organisation (at the junior level at least) that is very people focused, friendly and willing to help. Time for training and to gain formal qualifications is available. It is a great place to land your first role in consulting.
Minpunten
The technology focus can be daunting to the uninitiated. Also the expectation that people will 'self start' does mean that internally it can appear a little disorganised. Finally I'm not sure salaries offered are the best.
