Management is progressive, generous and fair. Tom is a good leader. Compensation is among the leaders in the industry and benefits are good. Co-workers are almost all smart, conscientious professionals. Flex-time is allowed and encouraged. Location is good for me.

Sometimes there is office politics to deal with, and sometimes flex-timers take advantage. Because the company is fairly small advancement is limited, though my experience has been that the company will try to find other ways to reward those stuck behind the senior people.

Capital CDC is the best place I have ever worked. The employees and management team work very well together and are of the highest in professionalism and integrity. Trust is earned and important and we have a high level of trust across the company. I feel challenged in what I do for Capital CDC everyday and am excited to come to work each day to be a part of this great company and work environment!
