Good visibility to management of creative ideas and new projects. Opportunity to wear many different hats because of the small company size. Small team of nice people to work with. Good place to work while you gather new skills or sharpen your professional pencils. Employer contribution to medical ins. benefit was good (however, there was no dental, no 401k, no long term disability insurance.) Convenient midtown location near freeway.

Parking is a real problem here, you may have to park on the street where you'll get an expensive ticket if you forget to move your car and leave it parked more than 2 hours. Accessibility to management is inconsistent when there are issues because the owner that runs the company travels frequently and often without accessibility. Sometimes due to management juggling too many priorities, the ball gets dropped and a client or employee suffers the consequence. Payroll was not always done on time just as an example. Benefits could be better. Quite a few part-timers and contractors working here...not sure they have medical benefits.
