Good Tech Company with terrible management (dishonnest and manipulative)

Minpunten

The HR and the management are horrible and manipulative. A bunch of friends with control over the company. No useful feeback to help you improve. But when you do wrong they let you know. HR imposes useless goals to achieve. I worked there for over 2 years and have witnessed the greatest and most brilliant talent just leave the company because of it. A lot of bullshit titles in order to allow many useless promotions

Smart, knowledgeable people work here that really care about their mission.

Minpunten

They've moved to Cambridge, MA. If you are required to go into the office, it can be a bit challenging. However, the office is first class.
