These matters were perceived as being handled informally rather than through clear and consistent governance processes. Additionally, aspects of the management team appeared relatively inexperienced in their communication approach. Feedback and direction were often delivered in a confrontational manner, rather than in a way that was constructive, motivating, or supportive of staff performance and development.
