      - Good work/life balance with flexible work hours - Access to a nice office for those who want to go in person - Competitive Salary

      Minpunten

      - Disorganized leadership that change direction every week - Micro-management within some orgs - Consistently underperforming product - High turnover. Leadership seems to get rid of someone anytime something doesn't go their way, someone has to take the fall. The work then falls on the rest of us to do with inadequate resources and time - Poor benefit coverage, lower than most tech companies for paramedical expenses

      Really fantastic team, both the R&D folks and in other departments. Working on a new platform with a clean code base is amazing, we are building something incredible. It's really just a two-horse race in the vehicle reimbursement space, and we are positioned really well to capture massive market share.

      Minpunten

      Even though we are primarily focused on a new platform, we still need to maintain the old product, which is not easy. And as with most companies this size, we're still figuring out processes as we grow.
