There are some really great people working at this company.

Completely disingenuous senior leadership that are stuck in a loop of corporate speak (“lean in and double click on that”). If they have a VP title or above, you can be assured they will not give you a straight answer. This was primarily due to the former CEO, Brian P.

I have a supportive team, my leadership encourages work-life balance, the company culture is very pleasing to me, plenty of leadership presence and transparency about company happenings, and the employee benefits are phenomenal.

Ability to work from home.

Minpunten

Extremely low salary for 2026. Far too much work to stay afloat. Everyone is on PTO constantly which makes training/help almost impossible. Tenured employees are unavailable majority of the time and leave unfinished work on your plate to deal with.
