Top-Down Obedience Culture: Employees are expected to simply follow managerial instructions without room for independent thought, collaboration, or customer-centric focus. Initiative beyond assigned tasks is neither encouraged nor recognized. Ineffective HR Function: The HR department exists in name only. There are no training programs, policy reforms, or strategic HR initiatives. The HR leadership, particularly the VP based in India, appears disconnected from the business, unaware of both their team's responsibilities and the value HR could bring. Lack of Process and System Infrastructure: The organization relies heavily on manual processes and individual knowledge. There are no scalable systems or standardized workflows, making operations inefficient and heavily people-dependent. Toxic Politics: Office politics are rampant, with an environment that encourages gossip and backstabbing. Trust is a luxury, and discretion is critical to self-preservation. Favoritism Over Merit: Performance evaluations and promotions are driven by favoritism rather than capability or contribution. Managers tend to promote those they personally prefer, often in exchange for loyalty and conformity. Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation: These are just buzzwords here, more aspirational than actual. There’s no structured approach, investment, or capability to truly drive meaningful transformation. Leadership Gaps at the Core: In a business that revolves around benchmarking. it’s ironic how much leadership lags behind. This starts at the top, from the COO to VPs to SMEs, and is reflected in the day-to-day decision-making. Most of them don't know what they do They have been in Caresoft for years and have been promoted. To the customer, they project as they are experts behind the scenes, it is messy. Examples: Technical: They call them selfs experts in Benchmarking. Their Bill of Materials is messy and unstructured. People Development: HR training is useless and has never happened till mid-2023. Starting in 2024, they started conducting training, but the same person conducts training for all the topics. God knows how a single person can be an expert and trainer in all the topics. A Word to the Wise: If you’ve read all this and still decide to join. Good luck is what you'll need.

Great Exposure for Freshers - you get to learn things very early in carrier which you would have learnt after 5 years in other firms. Carrier Scope - After 1-2 years here,you get easily recruited by Oracle, Deloitte, PwC as you get to learn a lot about BI and other powerful tools very yearly. (I am currently working at Oracle). Project Lead - If you have talent, you will be able to move up to project lead position fairly quickly. Leadership Team - has excellent control and provide a good environment to resources. Overall excellent place to work for both freshers and experienced people.

Not any i can think of. Earlier they had only night shift but now some teams are working in day shift as well.
