Only 3 people matter at this company and they are the ceo who works remote and is never around, ever seen on camera, or engaged with anyone outside of his 2 best friends, the other c-suite members; theyve made racially charged statements and are very conservative (all three are from the same demo and they continue to hire others that look like them) making for a toxic culture

Pros, they pay higher than industry average for sure.

Cons, this company is a clown show. It will never be successful under the current leadership of Rich Gerstein. They fail constantly at hiring people. They do not pay their third party drivers. Their cash flow is clearly an issue. They cannot retain employees. Do yourself a favor and do not come here to work.
