- flexible working hours & can work from home depending on your manager/partner - you learn a lot very quickly - can advance quickly, room to grow

Minpunten

- maternity leave is only 2 weeks - no bonuses, pay is okay - starting to see higher turnover with new employees, so lacking good staff - no real tax season perks
