Pluspunten
I have had a great experience with this company! When I started working here I was hired in under different leadership than what we currently have today, and I believe a lot of negativity in the past has been resolved by changing leadership. As a result of the new leadership and direction of the company overall there are a lot of pros; the pay is competitive, the benefits are decent, and there is a bonus plan based on personal growth and training that makes you want to learn more and grow. There is a clear direction for our department and management values the individual, there are also 1:1 meetings set up on a regular basis to get employee feedback and continue to grow in the right direction. Beyond that, The workload is manageable and the being able to work on projects is rewarding. The culture is laidback and the team has fun together, everybody seems to get along pretty well and there is a good team dynamic. Overall, it is a completely different experience than what I hired in under and it is only getting better.
Minpunten
The only con I can give is that for my position I have to be on call, but even so there has been a lot of work done to limit the number of alerts the person on call receives so it is not that much of an issue.
