They make every attempt to convince you that they care about you as an employee.
Minpunten
CaseWorthy as a company has absolutely no idea what is going on with its acquired products, no idea how to manage resources, and no idea how to retain talent. They make empty promises about being able to provide additional resources to acquired companies, but then devastate the available resources with massive layoffs masked as “performance issues.” None of the employees that were laid off were low performers. The executives and upper management have absolutely no interest in the care of the employees or the communities the software serves. Their primary goal is unequivocally and unapologetically money. If it weren’t for existing cyber security certifications, entire departments would be outsourced overseas. NOT TO MENTION how absolutely loud and in-your-face they are about their particular religious beliefs. I’ve never in my life been so overwhelmed in a professional environment with religious emphasis from executive leadership. Not only was there an executive meeting that included a visit to one of their religious temples, but the absolute exclusion that was felt by anyone who didn’t share their beliefs as they constantly brought it up in meetings was unbearable. The temple visit was the last straw for me and 100% why I left. There were several times where the former CEO and Aron and Brandon would be fighting and arguing like children. No one wants to follow a leader who can’t cooperate and who aren’t on the same page.
