Twice a year all employees are brought into Chicago to foster team building. Your work is impactful and really helps our healthcare clients. You get to work on a cloud based solution and modern tech stack. Learning is part of the culture. You have access to a learning platform and time to apply what you learned. Depending on what you’re looking for, this really is remote work which isn’t for everyone. The company has WeWork space so if you’re in Chicago and want to go into an office you can. If you’re used to working for a large organization the smaller startup culture might not be a good fit. Like any company on a growth curve there’s a lot of work to be done so you have to be good at prioritizing.
