I have never worked for a company that was so poor at communication. They will roll something out and forget to tell the retail fleet about it. This is quite embarrassing when a customer comes in and something either doesn't work or they know something that you don't. Imagine emailing a guest about a quote, and then when they show up in the store you realize the quote is inaccurate because corporate has decided to now exclude certain items from a promotion... without sending out a communication.
