Pluspunten

There is good income potential if they would give reps enough time to build a territory, most reps are let go after 8 weeks.

Minpunten

1. Micromanagement, reps are tracked via GPS and must log every call as it happens. Management demands a ridiculous number of cold calls and puts no focus on keeping current accounts. 2. Churn and burn mentality of management, if a rep doesn't catch fire in the first 8 weeks, they let them go. Turnover on the sales side if extremely high. Of 12 sales reps hired while I was employed with Castle 10 were fired. Some within their first month of employment. 3. Training was very unorganized 4. No mileage reimbursement

100% friendly family atmosphere. No micro management at all. Employees are free to do what ever they think is good and which will upheld the culture of Castle, which is based on the cannons such as " Be authentic, Be creative, Be accountable, Be fun, Be of service, take action and be tenacious" . The technical and office staff are with highest credentials and are from the best schools from the United States. They are stellar personnels with excellent skills. New graduates from high ranking schools consider a job at castle medical as a privilege to get experience and training from such authentic scientists. Benefits and other remunerations are much higher than all the competitors. Scope of carrier growth is very high , many current employes are looking at the stars as the limit. Castle Medical CEO is a man of vision, but a down to earth person with a loving heart and who identifies himself as Catering and Entertainment Officer. No one comes to castle to "work" . They all come to do something they like and have some fun.

If you are missing neurons (at least a few) and totally depleted endorphin levels Castle is not the place for you. You will be missing the best training and exposure to state of the art technologies You will be missing the best social ,family atmosphere.
