After getting initial experience, there is absolutely no reason to stay. CHSLI does not have Project Management, and refuses to adhere to any PMO principals; there is no accountability or direction. Some of the nastiest people I've met professionally and personally are unfortunately hired by CHSLI. Moreover, money is hemorrhaging year-over-year, and a prognosis for growth looks negative.
