      Cedar creates a solid relationship with their employees by creating a great culture and exciting work environment. The best thing I love about this company is its compassion for people.

      The challenge that I have encountered so far is when I work with a task for the first time using tools that I've used for the first time. The good thing is that Cedar is very hands-on in training their employees.

      The agent focused model is refreshing. Coming from a competitor, this is very important and what Cedar is building is incredibly exciting from the agent perspective. The resources, technology, and culture Cedar is bringing to table will change the home buying and selling experience.

      Cedar truly cares for all its employees and makes sure you have all the resources you need to be successful. They have a great training program in place and make sure that you’re educated and ready to tackle the job ahead. I can’t recommend this company enough!

      I don’t have any personal cons but one thing to note is that many of Cedars positions are commission based. This is definitely not a con to most people as it allows for your income to be exactly what you put into the job, but commission based jobs are not for everyone.
