Pluspunten
At first, working there was fun. I was learning a lot of things about how to handle customer problems and telecommunication problems. A lot of customers were nice and patient, as they understood that I was a new employee.
Minpunten
I was told that I would get a certain amount of salary before I started my job. I was really happy about the amount. Suddenly, when I started my job, my boss told me the pay would be RM1000 only. This shocked me, because I was working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. There were some weeks where I did not get to take a day off due to understaffing. HR came by to oversee the work environment, but it seemed like she did not care and did not want to help. She was just there to work. The boss was not friendly, and have cussed at me behind my back. They have also argued and threatened customers via WhatsApp. Customers would come in our store to ask who sent the message. We (the staff) knew it was our boss, but we couldn't say anything.
