Management was shocking, never listening to employees and understanding their needs. Everyone was in it for themselves, management is the worst, they are all egotistical, misogynistic men, who don't give a damn about their employees. The "we are a family" is just their way of manipulating you to work for longer hours with less pay. There is no work-life balance and complaints regarding sexist colleagues and management is completely ignored.
