Really good lower-level people who break their back for this agency

Minpunten

Senior leadership is terrible. The whole idea of the new building was to have openness and no assigned seating, but leadership--who bragged about this--chose not to follow. People are in and out and those who have been here long-term and develop good relationships are replaced by friends of leadership members. The old CEO was not great but the new CEO is a snake.

typical cattiness from co-workers in a nearly all female staff environment. BHTs practically run the place top to bottom but get very little , if any , appreciation or recognition.
