Always opportunities for overtime. Most of the time against your will though.

Minpunten

Management is terrible from the very beginning. Starting with the recruiting process all the way to the folks in charge at the site. They are purely trying to meet demand from the client and do not care about their employees- everyone is treated as disposable. If you’re looking at it thinking the money is good, well, the money is just fine, not bad but not great and the only way to make an above average salary is to work at least 12 hours of overtime a week.

The company allowed each individual contract to run itself. Contract security is notoriously unprofessional, ill-equipped, and untrained. At our site, we were able to influence positive change toward a professional team capability.

Minpunten

With contract security, the client often has unqualified people as the contract liaison, Everything is about saving money, and checking the box in regards to CLAIMING to have appropriate security, but not at all in ensuring it exists.
