Company morale is low and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. You do not matter. They operate the business from a "Big Brother" business model, literally. Cameras are strategically placed and logged into a network so any member of the exec management can watch your every move. Pretty big time for a small time company. Management felt is was more important to frivolously spend money on spy cams instead of infusing it back into their employees.
