The event management space has been evolving at an incredible pace. The pandemic put almost all in-person events on hold. The company and its customers have had to rapidly pivot to the virtual world, and are now heading to some new state - most likely a mix of in-person, virtual, on-demand, etc. This throws a lot of uncertainty into the day to day operations. Note to applicants - this environment is NOT for the faint of heart! You will be operating in the wild west. You will have to bring in best practices, view everything from a "factory" perspective, and create / bring in great playbooks. Otherwise, you will drown while responding to the inbound requests one by one by one.
