Working at CP has been a phenomenal experience. I am closing my third year at Certification Planner, and I don’t remember even a single day when I regretted working here. You have all the support you need, in terms of support from management, infrastructure, and additional growth activities. I am looking to be a part of the company for as long as possible. The organization also tries to help its employees in whatever way possible.

I see no negative in the organization.

An excellent company to work for! While the team size is not very huge, CP has a very dynamic and energetic team. The working culture is what makes the organization stand out. The team as a whole is very helping, and so is the management. If you need any help, you will always find a senior to help you out. Another very good factor about the company is that there is a lot of interaction between the management and the employee base. The compensation is at par with the industry with several other benefits like insurance, flexible working hours, work from home options, etc. I have been working in the organization for some time, and I love working here. Work-life balance is good. It is not one of the organizations that will heavily task you. However, one has to look for opportunities within the company, and I believe anyone who does so finds plenty.

I don’t see any shortcomings in the company.
