To gain experience of the Salesforce world.

Minpunten

A poorly run school clique where self preservation is key. Lack of ownership and a culture of blame driven by people who simply don't want to do their job. Its a shame that in the last 3 years it has lost its identity and no longer a partner of choice. Senior people leaving and just juniors learning as they go.

Flexible management that understand when family or other issues come up Relaxed friendly environment to work in where we don't micromanage and have respect for eachother Team camradery and helping to collaborate to solve problems. This is helped by not having crazy util targets like most consultancies do Management believe in recognition and a praise culture and there have been a lot of new incentives brought in recently including perkbox. Start at 10am and finish at 6pm Work with clever people on interesting projects. I get to take my dog to work with me :)

Minpunten

The only con for me is that I have to commute from Milton Keynes but as we start at 10am it's not so bad.
