Top management & HODs who are unable to lead and provide proper guidance are also those that create issues and expect others to work triple hard to clear the mess they started with due to poor decision making and lack of expertise. countless of meetings and group chats with no outcome and solution.

Toxic company with strong chinese culture in Singapore. Job is not difficult, but people will make it difficult for you here. You will need to fight to get your points across. People are very rude, they talk very loudly and rudely. "buck passing' is prevalent and get rewarded by the Management as well. Management shows little intent to promote locals, favoring expat from China and local is second graded in the company (expat are the king and queen, local staff are expendables). Even initially amicable local hires can become aggressive over time. For instance, management frequently scolds and shouts at employees or even curse. Terminates employees without any valid reason. Excelling in flattery and office politics.

Minpunten

bad management with weak leadership skills and inefficient working procedures when comes to contract and legal review. Payroll is slow and also does not pay the right amount
