Umm, being in the UAW cause it's a Teir 1 auto supplier.

Minpunten

They do Spot, Projection and GMAW welding. Hot, dirty and stressful work environment. Always understaffed and under paid. If you're in maintenance or skilled trades stay away! Layoffs are common.
