They then follow that up by leaning on you and trusting you to be an expert in those strengths Change Machine also has a great working culture that emphasizes collaboration and the importance of a work-life balance

      As of Q1 2021, Organization is going through some reorganization due to a rebrand, launch of a new platform, and launching a drive to sustainable scale up. This can result in some short term fluctuation in workflows/procedures/communication lanes.
