Minpunten
There is a lot of cons not going to lie. First off get ready to pretty much train yourself, because the person who is supposed to do it is off doing something else. And it is none of the others workers responsibility because there are many other important things that they should be doing. Get ready to never feel appreciated for when you do a good job you will never be told, but the moment you do the smallest thing wrong either expect an email or to be talked to. Also, you will be asked to do many tedious, not your responsibility jobs. If you are working part-time get ready to work every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. You will most likely never get a weekend off and if you do you won't get any extra shifts. Also when it comes you booking vacation it all depends if the full-time workers want the time off and if they do then you out of luck. They have so many opportunities to make this a positive and fun work environment and every time they fail and make it stressful and not a fun place to be at. You work alone a lot both during the day and at night. There is a big turnover rate of people in this position because it is a 24-hour position and shift work which isn't for everyone.
