Senior Staff and President are not good; too high case loads; electronic documentation is not up to standards- the clinical trainers do not even do clinical hospice work; wrong people in the wrong jobs; low pay; staff morale is horrible

When they took over our senior living, they did a nice job of cleaning it up and painting making it look nice They did a salary review and increased some employees salary

The healthcare choice is poor, average premiums, and poor coverage They prioritize the number of people in the program, even if inappropriate or even if employees are overburdened
