When you are hired, you are the star....you will get the prime projects and lots of face time with upper management. They won't fire you unless you are lower level or a real screw up. The benefits are great, the boys is great and you get to work on some cool products. The corporate office is working very hard to change the culture and make it a true family environment. Very generous vacation policy.

screw up once though, no matter how small, or just get on the bad side of an exec and your career is done. They will demote you and ignore you and treat you like you don't exist. Complain too much and you are gone. The new CEO (summer 2014) is cleaning house and going to bring in all new people....but things aren't going to change because of the execs who build their careers kissing the old CEO's butt are just doing the same now.... the execs are all fake, no one trusts them and they will throw anyone hem under the bus in a second. Don't count on getting promoted within, no matte what they tell you. In 10 years have seem maybe two people....most higher positions are hired form outside to c
