Cant think of any? It was nice to be around the merchandise and see the new stuff that always came in? But I cant say I have anything that is a real "Pro"

Inconsistent hours! I was scheduled for one 4 hr shift for three weeks straight while others were scheduled for 18-24. The managers talk about the associates horribly. The discount was only good on full price merchandise. The on-call shifts were a waste of people's time because you plan around it and never get called in.

The overall environment of positivity and inclusivity was what made coming to work each day easy.

I felt that there was a large amount of waste. When products were returned or items with minimal damage they would be slashed and thrown out. These items were still usable and should have been donated.
