Great staff, easy work environment

Position is on site everyday

Work is easy Pay is ok Health insurance seems decent long as chose the higher end plan Work schedule of 4 day work week.

No real maintenance on machines and equipment being used Training is sporadic on as needed basis and depending whether are liked or not, open possibility of purposely being trained wrong by certain individuals Diverse cultures where English is spoken only when necessary by employees and is unacceptable when is used to gossip ect If have a culture yourself don't expect it to be respected by those of the other cultures Disorganized and dysfunctional management that is too strict, they talk down to employees, no proper handling of issues/conflicts that may have with others or management, much more
