Very reactive atmosphere. Children and family do not come first. Money and numbers is the priority. The coworker atmosphere is very low from the get go. It’s a hostile environment. Employees look to throw one another under the bus. Departments across the board feel other departments aren’t doing enough. Case management case loads are extremely to help. Astronomical turnover.
