Parents and kids are wonderful. The parents communicated about their children and what they might need help with and showed up for school events.

Management. The management at the federal building was extremely toxic, and the assistant director changed moods and standards on a dime each day while interrupting class time whenever the mood struck her.
I was told off for writing incident reports when required by state because it "made us look bad", and for giving ice packs for minor head injuries that didn't "look" bad enough to management.
Some other teachers behaved very unprofessional, and at least one was constantly on her phone while watching children.
