The pay was great compared to similar jobs in the hospitality industry. Went from hourly with another company to salary at this company.
Minpunten
Not much room for growth. Tried applying for 1 of the few other positions available but hired someone from outside and another person who was recently hired. Therefore you can feel stagnant working the same position for years.
