Another great benefit of working at Choice One is that employees are all fully aware of the financial health of the company as Choice One practices open book management. Additionally, employees that work at Choice One for a few years are given the option to become partial owners in the company which is both financially rewarding and professionally rewarding knowing that you are working for yourself.

The only cons to working for Choice One are the limited selections of locations to work and that they don't offer full time remote employment because of the emphasis on the culture between coworkers.
