Filthy, disgusting, bug riddled and freezing cold warehouse. Owner has no clue how to market products or run a business. Ignores customer complaints. Has an "F" Rating with the BBB. Calls, emails and attempts to resolve customer complaints go unanswered. Communication regarding product availability and shipping is always incorrect. This company lies to customers when telling them product will ship and its not even in stock but takes their payment. Makes employees work in filthy and very cold conditions. Office Manager 'forgets' to run payroll resulting in delayed pay which leaves employees with negative balances in their bank accounts. Promised employees health insurance over 2 years ago and still no coverage. Told owner I had a new full time job and he conveyed that he wanted me to stay with his company. Two weeks later I was laid off due to disastrous plummeting sales. The products are cheap and broken but they ship them anyway. The warehouse is constantly sending replacements which also breaks. This company is losing more money than they are making because of faulty products and unacceptable business practices.
