Pluspunten
Some departments are great. Others are very toxic, and management plays favorites and gives special treatment to certain people, while treating the rest of the department like trash.
Minpunten
Favoritism, Gaslighting, Lack of Training, Refusal to Assist on Issues Requiring Management Involvement to be Resolved, etc. Promises of growth in the company are mentioned often, but then they only promote certain favorites. Management is ok with giving a 1% raise, despite giving glowing feedback at an annual review -- which doesn't even cover cost of living adjustment, which results in that raise actually being a salary decrease.
