Many of the staff are very dedicated, hard working and really beilieve in the mission of the organization.

Minpunten

Terrible management, the HR department is a joke, abusive behavior by some of the executive leaders, program directors and senior staff is not only tolerated but excused, very high turnover of qualified staff. Also financially the organization is not doing well and donations are way down.

Very informative and gratifying experience where you will serve the local community. Interns do a little bit of everything, so you'll see multiple different types of work when it comes to serving the local immigrant and refugee community.

Minpunten

Things tend to get a bit more hectic if more clients are moving to the area.

I enjoy the staff I work with in the local office as some people are very passionate about the work and why they help people.

Minpunten

National is very disorganized and out of touch with what's really happening on the ground. People have low standards for quality of work.
