-Primary and secondary employment conditions are lagging behind (lease car budget is low, Sick leave is no longer in line with the times and salary is increased annually, at the bare minimum). -Managers are just conduits, and all decisions rest with the CEO. -Managers only have their own opinion when the CEO is not present. -Social events are mandatory. -The company policies are considerably outdated. -You are limited in switching to another employer due to a non-compete clause and a client clause. -Salaries displayed on Glassdoor are untrue. The maximum salary scale is unrealistic and is never achieved in practice. -Positive reviews have been posted by employees/managers at the request of CimSolutions to boost the ratings. -The bonus is based on the number of hours worked and often not achievable. -Work/life balance is not taken into consideration. -For travel time, only distance is considered, which is completely unrealistic. -As many certificates as possible need to be obtained, without considering whether it is practical.
