Pluspunten
- There are tons of nice people around. - Plenty of offices throughout the Netherlands to choose from. - Lease auto provided. - Pension fund. - Some company events. - Free coffee and cuppa soup. - A table tennis and foosball table. - Perfect place for anyone that doesn't want to work hard. - Referral bonus is quite good. - You get to do a bit of everything (But if you're doing it right is unknown)
Minpunten
- Sick leave is handled on 2 days unpaid and then 70% going forward (This has been raised by countless employees and management refuses to budge). - Offices looks, feels and smells like the set from the series "The office". - You need to supply your own laptop. - You don't feel like you belong, you don't get an access tag to the parking area or office building. - There are mandatory office days, but there are no ergonomic chairs available or peripherals you can use to improve efficiency. - Soooo many redundant meetings, especially if you're on an internal project. - Getting a bonus is impossible. - Poor internal project management. - Feedback gets ignored. - No budget for team outings to improve work culture. - Reactive instead of pro-active.
