On your feet all day, lifting, carrying, loading, unloading etc. -4 day work weeks -Fun culture and coworkers -high quality management and leadership -independence - generally no one is looking over your shoulder all day -customers may offer you food/meals (depends on the route and your relationship with your customers but you could potentially get 3 free meals a day if you wanted)

-You will be in "training" (SSRT) for at least 2-6 months where you will earn $17 an hour. -As an SSR, your pre tax annual income will range approximately between 35k (low performer) to a max of 55k (top performer). Whether youve been there 2 years or 20 years. -Very little opportunity for upward mobility in company. Not many avenues exist. -early work days (430-630am depending on route) -must work in the elements, rain, snow, heat etc) -minimal vacation time. -many trucks are in poor condition including many without functioning A/C. I felt unsafe in several trucks. -trucks are heavily roach infested. -you will most likely have to sort through dirty kitchen laundry filled with maggots, especially in the warm months.
